General Terms & Conditions.
- All Cars are Air Conditioned but use of AC is up to the Customer. Sometimes in hilly areas driver may be required to switch off the AC to prevent overloading of engine.
- Service tax and/or any other taxes at applicable rates from time to time, Toll, Parking charges, permit, etc would be charged extra.
- Sufficient time has to be given for the vehicles to reach your place in case required on call basis.
- Opening and Closing Kms, Hrs will be calculated from our Office to Office.
- If the vehicle is taken for outstation, the remaining kms will not be used in local Chennai. If the vehicle is used in local Chennai beyond 1 hour it will be treated as local usage & additional charges will be applied.
- We shall not be held responsible or liable for late running of vehicles due to Traffic Jams, Traffic Diversions, and Accidents etc.
- In case of non availability of any particular car booked for, an equivalent segment car shall be provided.
- Only 2 Hrs will be given as extra hours in Local usage, after that it will fall into next slab i.e 10 hrs & 100 kms & 15 hrs & 150 kms.
